Inley Onley

INLEY & ONLEY

Inlays or onlays are used in cases where there is not enough tooth structure to support the filling used for dental aesthetic purposes and the tooth is not damaged enough to be covered with a crown. Since its durability is very high, it can remain in the mouth for years without being damaged.

Since inlays and onlays are prepared in the laboratory, the treatment takes two or three sessions. At the first appointment, the caries is cleaned and the prepared tooth and surrounding teeth are measured and the tooth is closed with a temporary filling material. In the second appointment, the temporary filling is removed, the inlay or onlay is rehearsed in the laboratory according to your mouth size, and it is polished and adhered to your teeth with a special adhesive.
