Home Bleaching: The home whitening method is also done under the supervision of the dentist. At the first appointment, the dentist takes measurements from the patient’s teeth and prepares a transparent plaque to be placed on the teeth with this measurement. This plaque, which is used by the person whitening at home, ensures the application of the whitening agent to the teeth of the patient and the protection of the gums.
